DAO Proposal #2: Changes to Anchorland Leaderboard Reward

Description
We are thrilled to announce some exciting updates to the PvE Leaderboard rewards! We have been listening closely to your feedback and suggestions, and as a result, we have made significant changes to make the gaming experience even more rewarding and competitive.
Starting from now on, the PvE Leaderboard will reset on a monthly basis, specifically on the 5th of every month. This means that each month brings a fresh opportunity for all players to showcase their skills and climb up the ranks.
In our pursuit to encourage more user involvement and foster a sense of healthy competition, we would like to make significant adjustments to the reward distribution. We believe that it's essential to create opportunities for more players to be recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Therefore, we would like to propose two new options for Playermon Masters to vote on:
Option 1: Remain Current Rewards
- 1st Place: 50,000 PYM
- 2nd Place: 35,000 PYM
- 3rd Place: 15,000 PYM
- 4th to 10th Place: 7,500 PYM
- 11th to 20th Place: 5,000 PYM
- 21st to 50th Place: 3,000 PYM
Total: 292,500 PYM
Option 2: Introducing Positions 51-300
- 1st Place: 50,000 PYM
- 2nd Place: 35,000 PYM
- 3rd Place: 15,000 PYM
- 4th to 10th Place: 7,500 PYM
- 11th to 20th Place: 5,000 PYM
- 21st to 50th Place: 3,000 PYM
- 51st to 300th Place: 1,000 PYM
Total: 542,500 PYM
Option 3: Increased Rewards for 1 - 50 and Introduce 51 - 100
- 1st Place: 80,000 PYM
- 2nd Place: 50,000 PYM
- 3rd Place: 32,000 PYM
- 4th to 10th Place: 16,000 PYM
- 11th to 20th Place: 8,000 PYM
- 21st to 50th Place: 4,000 PYM
- 51st to 100th Place: 2,000 PYM
Total: 574,000 PYM
